And I realized something early on.

There are very few spaces for people our age who are already in it — running companies, making decisions, carrying pressure — but still wanting to learn and grow.

This experience exists to create that space. To connect.

why this trip was created?

I’m not hosting this as an expert.
I’m hosting it as a peer.

I want to be in the room with people who challenge how I think, show me different perspectives, and help me grow — just as I hope to do the same for them.
